Snailtooth began in the late 90s as a quirky noise band before transitioning to a sludge and doom-inspired sound in 2005 with Tim Tripplet, Josh Höeft, and Patrick Crawford. After a hiatus following Josh’s departure, the band reconvened post-pandemic to revisit their past music. With new bassist Ashlee “Smash” joining and a demo EP, Mother Earth, recorded in 2021, Snailtooth has emerged as a revitalized force. Their latest album, “T.H.E.” signals a powerful return, blending their historic sound with a renewed, determined edge.
